The symposia will be held in Guangzhou (10th September, Hotel White Swan), Shanghai (12th September, Hilton Hotel) and Beijing (14th September, Swissôtel).
The lectures will cover the whole range of modern confectionery production – from raw material handling to processing of different kind of confectionery products - and will also include the packaging process of chocolate, candy and baked products.
This is the second time that the VDMA Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Association organizes a series of symposia for the Chinese confectionery industry. The first one was held successfully with more than 250 participants in 2002.
Since then the Chinese confectionery industry has grown enormously. Due to the extraordinary developments in this sector, the demand for machinery and equipment has grown rapidly within the last five years - a demand that can not be met exclusively out of Chinas production.
The Symposium “German Confectionery Processing and Packaging Technology for China” offers best opportunities to reach potential business partners and to strengthen existing contacts.
