Overview The continuous precooking machine BKK 0156 S is used for producing sugar-containing and sugar-free solutions.
 |
Facts
Either a sugar-containing or a sugar-free solution is fed to the cooking machine BKK 0156 S. Or a crystallised sugar-glucose syrup-water mixture with a low DS content is added. In the chrome-nickel steel cooking coil the sugar solution is then thickened by boiling down to the required dry substance of, for instance, e.g. 80 to 85%.
When a mixture is added the sugar is initially completely dissolved and then boiled down as before in the bottom tubular section that has a vortex. After the mixture of boiled sugar mass and vapours has left the cooking coil it is fed tangentially into the vapour separating room in which the vapours and sugar mass separate from one another. The vapours are lead away and the sugar mass collects at the outfeed end of the vapour separating room. The flow valve controls the throughflow. The sugar mass flows over a swivel outfeed into a storage tank or directly to the downstream processing systems.
