Here the filler batch is brought to the required temperatures and pushed through the fill hose and fill tube into the sugar cone formed by the batch roller Facts At the extruder the fill nozzle in the extruder head transfers the mass into the extruded hollow rope. When the setting is correct the temperature is controlled with +/- 2°C accuracy. The volumetric flow can be controlled infinitely variably by changing the speed. Synchronisation with each continuously operating forming line is guaranteed. The machine is simple to operate and can be cleaned easily (quick charge change).
